"I've had insurance from another carrier for over 35 years but made the switch yesterday to State Farm. My former agent was always at his beach house and didn't follow through with requests I made, so I was getting frustrated with him. Rachel gave me several quotes with a fast response as I browsed for new cars throughout the week. I bought the car on Saturday, and the paperwork took a while, so it was late in the day that I contacted Rachel. Rachel was responsive and able to get me set up, even though she wasn't in the office. Rachel was friendly and did everything quickly! The rates are less than my former policy with an older vehicle. Great experience!"

"The customer service at this particular location is absolutely stellar. After having an unpleasant experience with a different State Farm location in Bernardsville, this location was far more willing to help me out and go the extra mile to get me the information that I needed. The woman who helped me was very sweet and you can tell she really cared about my issue. Due to my own foolishness and driving, we unfortunately did not agree to a deal because it would have been more expensive than what I am currently paying, but the customer service was definitely there. She spent over 15 minutes with me on the phone, trying to see how she could save me money But the math just didn’t add up. I would definitely recommend this location to anybody who is in need of insurance!"

"I was shopping for a new Insurance carrier for my home, auto and umbrella policies. Rachel was wonderful to deal with. She was patient and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions. Not only did she make sure I had the appropriate coverage she didn't up sell me and over insure me. Premiums were either in line with other carriers or lower for same coverage.
